Join us as we share some early learnings from the initial days of Run on Less – Electric DEPOT. Since September 11 we have been tracking energy use, miles driven, charging times and more for 21 trucks from the 10 fleet depots in the Run. We are now one-third of the way through the Run and want to share what we’ve seen so far in terms of what is going well and areas that are more challenging.
In this session, Mike Roeth, NACFE’s executive director, and Ari Kahn, manager, carbon free transportation, RMI, will talk about many of the issues that have become clear given the efforts of the Run as well as the work NACFE did leading up to the Run, including the Electric Depot Bootcamp.
Key takeaways will focus on the improvements in the trucks themselves, extending range, infrastructure development and the people making the move to a cleaner transportation future happen.
