AMERICA IS ALL IN

All In(duction) Cooking Workshop

Friday, September 23, 3-4:30pm ET

Nimbus Kitchen, 383 Bridge St, Brooklyn, NY 11201

The “All In(duction) Cooking Workshop” is an event for America is All In (All In) coalition members and other interested participants that highlights the induction stove as one strategy to electrify buildings, and more broadly, how electrification of homes and buildings are critical to the climate and health. This will be hosted by RMI’s America is All In initiative and will engage other NYC-based climate, environmental justice, and public health stakeholder groups. Renowned sustainability-focused Chef Christopher Galarza will demo cooking on an induction stove while speaking to the benefits of electrification and its technology. The workshop will be a fun opportunity for All In members to hear about the (to-be) newly released All In Coalition’s building report and decarbonization steps they can take while having the space to network with others and sample some good food.

There is limited capacity, so if space is available, registrants will be emailed the week of the event. Those with confirmation emails will need to present this at the event check-in.
